I certify that I am 21 years of age or older, and I understand that someone 21 years or older is required to accept the wine & signature is required.

I understand my credit card will be charged automatically the month before each allocation, and the purchase is non-refundable. Once the order is processed, the wine is considered purchased. Therefore, it cannot be returned and will not be refunded.

I must notify Safari Winery via email to wineclub@safariwinery.com by the 25th day of the month prior to each club allocation to make changes to my account or terminate my membership.

I am responsible for any shipping charges, in addition to a $30 re-shipping cost if no one is available to sign for the initial shipment.

I understand that I can customize each allocation by logging into my account and selecting my wines by the 25th day of the month prior to the allocation month. I, also, understand that my allocation will automatically default to the selected wines if I am unable to do so.

I understand I am required to purchase the next two wine club releases after today’s purchase before cancellation is allowed. Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to cancel@safariwinery.com by the 25th day of the month prior to the allocation.
